On Saturday, November 6th, the Fall '10 Weenies woke up bright and early to spend a morning volunteering for the Austin chapter of Habitat for Humanity with the Fall '10 Iron Spikes Rookies. Together, they were able to accomplish a lot for Habitat.
Way to go Weenies and Rookies!
Saturday was also the Texas Wranglers' City Wide Hold Up which raises money for Easter Seals of Central Texas. Groups of Spirits volunteered at this event between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to help out and try to raise as much money as possible from local Austinites. Last year Texas Wranglers was able to raise over $30,000 through this event.
