Despite the dreary weather that preceded the event, the
weather could not have been more perfect for The Tejas Club’s “2013th
annual Bob Pees” event. On Friday, April 5th, students, visitors,
and alumni flocked to the Tejas house for delicious boiled crawfish, lawn
croquet, and dance-worthy music provided by North
Loop. The party began at two, and by three o’clock the property was
bustling with girls in white dresses and boys in white tees. Playing in the
sweet sunshine of springtime is always fun, but what’s better than getting to
wear white game-day dresses again? Nothing. Well, nothing except the sight of
this adorable pup kissing this little girl. (Future Texas Spirit? Time will
tell.)
